Paul founded Pelican Heritage Partners in 2025 after a decade in institutional private equity at Silversmith Capital Partners and Serent Capital.
He led M&A at Aria Care Partners and ran acquisitions for Raintree Systems, EZDERM and Sai Systems, completing 15 healthcare acquisitions worth more than $500M combined. He leads every engagement the firm takes on.
